Just in case I was the only one who noticed.....................the top of the line RoadMaster seems to be the bike of choice for MOST of us.:p:p:p

I just wanted to point that out.;)

I love the fact I can easily convert my bike to almost a Chief status very quickly. Admittedly the fairing makes it problematic. Still its cool we can do it.

    Or Chieftain anyway. :p
That ability to easily go from one style to another is one of my Favorite things about the Indian. :)

I always ride chieftain style, unless traveling. I don't need to carry the extra weight of tour pack if I'm just toolin' around, but nice to know I have extra space if I do need it.

I'm thinking once I have had a chance to sufficiently dazzle everyone at work with the full Bentley effect then I'll pull the trunk off and really blow their mind. LOL. MAYBE some day I would get some leather saddle bags and really mess their heads up.:D:p;)

I ride a beautiful black Roadmaster with a tan seat and a gorgeous copper leaf Chief painted on both sides of my tank. Gregory Polaris in Little Rock, Ar., 480 miles north of me, is my dealer and they did the tank work. I attended the World Premier of the unveiling of the Spirit Lake, Iowa Indians in Sturgis in 2013 and was blown away after test riding them. I bought a red chieftain from Gregory Polaris, no. 638 off the assembly line, and thought it would be my last bike. Well, though I loved it after 16,000 miles of trouble free riding, I traded it in at Gregory on a 2015 Roadmaster when they were introduced. I wanted the trunk and the heated seats and grips. :) That bike was super and treated me super well for 22,000 trouble free miles but Indian then unveiled Ride Command and after reviewing it thoroughly in Sturgis I wanted it! :) I traded again at Gregory, who is more than fair and makes it possible, on a 2017 Roadmaster. I still have that beautiful bike, with the same gorgeous tank that was switched over from my 2015 RM and though it has been a great bike I'm trading it in next month on a 2019 RM! Hey, I've always been a buy and hold for many, many years guy but at my, 'slightly' past my prime, age and having a great dealer like Gregory Polaris, that is so fair, I get to enjoy it all.
I considered taking off the trunk once but I like it too much. I can easily put my full face helmet and gloves in it whenever I stop and I just like the easy convenience. The extra lights on the trunk are nice too as I fear getting rear ended by a distracted driver.
Ride safe and enjoy, my fellow motorcycle friends.

Here you go, Alpal. I don't know that these are the best I have, but I tried to get a couple quickly.

Thank you, mattgic. I really appreciate your comment. Yes, they are painted and real copper leaf is applied and then 'cleared' over. The artist is amazing. They actually look more stunning in person than in pics, especially in different lights. I'll be switching tanks again when I get my 2019. :) I often forget about the tank when riding and then when I stop I having people coming over saying something very similar to what you wrote. Thanks again.

The OP needs to reopen the voting and add the Challenger to that list.
