Hey everyone, New here, after being off of a bike for 14 years I jumped back in with a new 2021 Bobber Sixty. I had the dealer upgrade to the performance air filter and Shorty exhaust. The dealer told me they remapped/flashed the bike when they did this. I decided I wanted to go louder with the Hacker Mayhem. Hacker says that I don’t need to remap/flash since the dealer did already if I go with the baffled setup. Does anyone else have experience with this? My brother told me since I’m going from a 2 pipe exhaust to a 2-1exhaust he thought it might be a different one. Any thoughts? Experiences? I just want to make sure I am not wrecking my new bike. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Bud, Welcome aboard,....

Pretty sure you will be fine,......Dealers down here in Burtland fitted Bassani 2-1 systems and the like onto Scouts and only did the Stage one remap.
    Regards,
    Alpal,
Deep down south where fast Scouts were first invented, (Thank you Burt,...)

Since your bike is brand new and under warranty, I'd check with your dealer.

No flash is required for exhaust mods. Making use of the increased availability of oxygen on the intake side is aided by flashing the MAF settings in the ECU.

You're fine. The OEM tune isn't worth much and you'll get way more out out of a specific one provided by a PCV or the Lloydz tune, but it's better than nothing.
