Hey there Cornbiker! Had to comment because I know right where you are. I live about 50 miles from that home on the range. Was talking with a buddy about making a run down to it soon. There really is nothing like a nice open road and the wonderful people around here
Welcome to the forum Xs4Eyes. Good to see another rider out here in the middle of it all.
They can keep flying over too. Don't need to over populate this area!
I agree. Here is my possible ride Sunday and Monday. It hits 6 of the 7 Tour of Honor sites in Nebraska.
That is a great ride! There is a cruise night in holdrege on Friday night I was thinking of bopping over to with the kids. My plans are nowhere near as big lol
I see a meet happening here,.....Go for it Guys and put an extra cup of coffee out for me,....white and one and a bit sugars Guys,....I'll be there in spirit,...,.......and by the way?,....welcome aboard the best little Indian forum in the world bar none Buddy!,......enjoy,.....
Nice post. Everyone should take time to reflect.
This I like -- a lot. Thank you for articulating a spiritual response to how the World should be.
I rode past this last weekend. Had to stop to take one in @Cornbiker's honor. I haven't seen a post from him in a long time. Last one was in 2018. Seems like he went down and lost his sight. Here's to you Cornbiker. Hope you have healed and are still able to ride. Either way your story was an inspiration to me.
One of my favorites....saw one truck in 85 miles....Pine Lodge Rd. Between Roswell and Capitan, New Mexico...Ranch Country....
Very nice write up! "But the people are still good" ... besides the great country, the other thing I love most about "Westerners" is the genuine people and their friendliness. Coming from the Liberal bastion of New York, I hope someday to move West.
It'll be a while before I get there, but if there's anyone within "riding distance" of Grangeville or Moscow, ID, a picture of The Palouse would be a great addition to this thread.
