I read about that a few days ago. I just shook my head. I guess they are depending on the younger folks to cling onto that product offering because they know the boomers and older are not wanting it.
I still can't picture a bunch of riders heading to Sturgis waiting on their bikes to charge up regardless of brand.

I'm not too sure they'll actually head that way in the near future. Big companies (Indian and HD included) are all about profit, and they'd be missing on a big slice of the cake. Also, notice the wording there... "the future" is vague enough to mean nothing in practical terms. This feels more like planting a (marketing) seed for the next generation of consumers rather than an actual production plan of any kind, with a concrete roadmap and stuff.
In the last 2 yrs they’ve closed about 180 stealerships. I’m curious to see what the next few years brings them
