Anyone riding a Scout Sixty? Post your photos here!
Wow, only one other Scout 60 on this forum.
Great looking tank art there Nicholas!
Thanks NickJ, I've done a few other things to differentiate mine from others.
How do you like those Trask bars?
I like it, I come from a dirt & flat track bikes so the upper body riding position is similar. It also works well with the 1920's seat since you're sitting higher and forward.
few more mods
Mate!,.....that is clever artwork on your tank! Bugger ya! Now you have done it , I can't! That is so B17 WW11.
looking good Drydock,....but what's that under the carport?,.......
1945 Chevy 1.5 ton flatbed under painfully slow restoration.
Thank you sir, the Scout shapes reminds me of the old fighter planes especially the tank.

Took this photo as the sun is setting in the Sonoran desert.
Too damn right now that you point it out to me,....
Rode my Scout for the first time yesterday. 5 hours on the stock seat, 200 km of back roads, 75 km of highway, grinning ear to ear the entire time. Absolutely thrilled with the performance of the bike and I haven't even started putting go fast parts on it yet.
Started lettering my tires with a metallic silver permanent marker this afternoon. Looks great today, will have to see how long it lasts on the road.
Total Cost: $1.50
Snowed in are ya?,......
You got it.
Part of me finds this torturous and almost thinks it would have been worth paying a higher sticker price in the spring to be able to insure it and ride it immediately.
The other part of me is glad that I bought it in the middle of the winter so that I've got plenty of time to sit there staring at it, learning every inch of it, and prettying it up before it finally moves into the real world.
Having seen it I can say that he’s doing a excellent job of making a good lookin out of the box Bike look even better.
Mate, I'm not snowed in down here. In fact it has only snowed here once in 12 years. BUT! I am doing what you are doing,.....I'm in my shed, staring at my two babies, thinking of what I could add next,.....which is always a fatal thing to do because once the thought is in the head I find it very hard NOT to let it happen,.....and that means spending more money,......Damn!
I personally think you got it round the right way,......
Damn it! I knew I should not have looked at those pics! In bar indicators! To die for! No! I must be strong! I'm not spending anymore!
( knees shaking,.....)
