I’m considering either Rox Risers or mid height bars and wondering what other members experience has been with either of these?

I've fitted Rox risers on my Scout with the OEM bars and they lift the bars 2 inches or you can lean them to pull the bars back about 2 1/2 inches. No need to change cables. Don't know how they are on an RM though.

If you're not on a Scout, get bars.

I have the rox risers on my Roadmaster, they help a lot. I changed my seat to an ultimate tall boy, before the mid rider was available. Seat is great but put me back further than I wanted.

I had them put on my Roadmaster too but then had to file off the corners on the outer edges to get full stop to stop function. Guess it really depends on where you need them placed whether or not you might run into that same problem. It was hard to do and functionally I don't think I lost anything. But except for that, I like them. Gets just enough back to make a world of difference.

Another option to look at for the scout is Wunderkind ( Germany )

They make a nice riser ( 30mm. ) with a cover built in to hide the wires

I put Apache Baggers +6 bars on mine. Made all the difference in the world. You can go +6 without longer cables, wires, and stuff.
