Ever since I saw the first episode of "Sons of Douche-archy", I've developed a deep seated hatred for drag bars on risers. As a result, I've never considered risers in any form, then I stumbled across this thing:

Indian Scout 2" Pivoting Bar Riser

It would give me an extra two inches on my mini apes, without having to find higher handlebars. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I have the Rox risers on my Roadmaster and really like them, as many others do. The bars come back 2" and the grip angles remain unchanged. Nice. Rox told me that they have sold risers to 600-700 Roadmaster and Chieftain owners.

Yes I fitted Rox risers on my Scout with the stock bars. Took about 10 minutes to fit with no work needed on the cables. The risers provide an easy way to lift the bars and it brings them back about 2" as @RedChieftain said. They have put the bars in a better position for me but there are 2 things to watch out for on the Scout. Since the bars are lifted it upsets the fitting of the factory quick realease screen and it shifts the speedo position. I never liked or used the factory screen anyway and have fitted a Dart Marlin screen courtesy of @muz. I also don't mind the new speedo position.

Thanks. Even though they say that there are no issues with the stock cables, I was a little worried about that. I'm glad they're working out for you, and I'm going to buy it.

Looking at the pictures I would say the bars are as far back as my set of Helibars so you'll almost have the same as me but without a hefty price tag,.....

Yeah, it was tight to begin with, so I adjusted the clutch in a little away from the grip. It actually has a little slack now, even in a full left turn. When I first fitted it, I didn't think it was going to be enough.
