Rear fender delete

    Hey, I removed my fender recently to do some maintenance and really loved the way the bike looks with no rear fender. Was wondering if anyone removed the rear fender on a scout or scout sixty and how you set up your lighting.

    I’m pretty sure when you remove the rear tail lights things get a little tricky with wiring, if anyone did this successfully I’d love to hear how you did it.

    There are a few "Custom Scout" builds lurking around. Do a search for that term across post titles and you should find a few examples. The exposed rear looks great with a side-dump exhaust, IMO.

    Yes, I agree. These bikes make really nice bobber type motorcycles. That’s a great idea, thanks for the heads up!
