As you have probably seen...elsewhere, IMC has jacked the price on the FTR models by $500 across the board, and by $1000 on the Race Replica. To counter the hike on the RR, you do get the Akrapovic low mount exhaust (with the OE catcon) as standard.

Feel free to opine &/or rant. I'm going to go stew...

From what I understand, there was on across the board increase of 3.5% on all models

    Wiseguys.

Well, there was an announced price increase late last year on existing models for he 2019 model year. The price of the FTR was set and published at the time of its unveiling. On top of that increase, they have increased the price of the TS111 bikes as much as $800-1000, the Scout variants, I don't know, and then this jack of the FTR.

Price increase must be hurting ... you can only afford one sneaker now? Hope the family is getting fed.

Actually it's mostly caused by the Steel Tarrif imposed by Trump. Many motorcycle manufacturers said they would have to pass their cost from the Tarrif on to customers

Think they should have stuck to their guns on pricing, is not good for PR on their part ..

I would think "American" made bikes would be buying "American" made steel.

I would guess my 2018 Chieftain and all our used bikes are getting help with this.

Sadly, because the industry is now protected, it's raised its prices.

Yup, yup. Sorry. Will try to do better.

Still stewing on the price hike... Plus, IMC had the display bikes in Charlotte for the Easyriders show, and couldn't bother to let them pay a showoff visit to the local dealer.

It's winter, and I got the cold weather grumpy going on.

There was an increase on a lot of models, we did what we could to sell bikes at the pre-increase price before the end of January. The list was in our vendor forum. We are updating prices on the website today (increasing).

They did increase prices, but they also have some kind of deal where you can save money by either being a member of imrg, heros discount or trade in allowance. Dealerships have to be creative. I would rather have 20 bucks in my pocket today than 30 bucks 2 months from now.
