:( RIP Tim. I spent many hours of my youth laughing at this man's Shenanigans.

He was quite the character. Like Sam mentioned I laughed along with many watching him on TV.

He really was a funny guy. Not just satisfied with making the audience laugh, his goal seemed to be to make the other comedians laugh. RIP

The reason his co-actors couldn't keep a straight face was that most of his stuff was ad-lib. They didn't know it was coming. I doubt he did, either.

    RIP, Tim.

As so many of you can relate, he was a unique and very talented comic. His stints on the Carol Burnett show are priceless.

And yes, this thread was titled "2", for Doris Day and Tim Conway. They say these things come in "3s". Lets all hope this proves wrong this time!

Tim Conway, Carol Burnett and Harvey Korman were all great together. Their kind of satirical humor is what is missing in this day and age of political correctness which just sucks IMHO. Once long ago I sat next to Harvey Korman on a plane trip back from Guadalajara, Mexico.....he was genuinely outrageously funny and had our whole plane section in stitches the whole flight. Tim Conway made us all laugh which was good medicine and wow do we need it now....thank you Tim....may the good Lord have a great place for you and yours.
