    Hey Ladies and Germs,

This thread is a place to let other members know that you know a place to crash in your area. If it is with you, or in your back shop, or wherever. Just add the information to the "Places to Stay"

You don't have to put your address, just put some information like @Baldhead_J did here:

Awesome! I added your point to the "Places to Stay" layer instead of you having your own separate layer for continuity's sake. I hope that is okay.

@JayFL459 You did just fine. All you have to do is search for your spot, click on the layer that you want to add to there on the left, and hit "Add to Map".

Seems as though someone monkeyed up the map and deleted most of the places to stay as well as the Member Location layer. Burner. :/

Not my area, but within my experience: Quality Hotel in Houma, LA, 210 S., Hollywood. Quiet, inexpensive, extremely friendly staff, best free breakfast in our experience, clean rooms, exercise room, very large indoor pool. So far, best value in accommodations in our experience.

Note it is Quality HOTEL, not motel.

Nice good-bargain motel: Quality Inn at Eufaula, AL, south side, west end of the causeway over to Georgia. Clean rooms, moderate price, quiet, exercise room, pool, and a very good comp breakfast. And Michelle's Buffet across the causeway is as good as I've ever found.

But: do NOT miss the Donut King a few blocks south on the main drag. Mom/Pop, watch 'em being made, and to kill for. Just not open on Sunday (neither is Michelle's).

And believe it or not, there's a subdivision up that way called . . .

    wait for it .. ..

    "Eufaula Downs."

True! True! I was wisecracking to the wife that if I was a developer there I'd name a subdivision that, and darned if we didn't see it ten minutes later !!

But then there's that neatly home-made sign we saw in southern Indiana, on the fence of a huge pasture, USED COWS FOR SALE.
