While we wait for some photos of the real production bike, here are some photos of the FTR 1200 Custom
Like I said earlier you can't present an apple of the eye picture like that and then put an orange in front of people or you may end up with a lemon! I can see, I can smell, I can hear that bike hammering out a tune up Calico Line where I live,.....what a way to be woken early in the morning! Can't wait! Alpal
So, they're coming right out of the gate with 3 different frame styles that appear to be for 3 different engines. The "leaked" bike photo appears to be the frame that - according to an article filled with speculation I recently read - looks to be for a smaller engine than the Scout 1200. As Carly once sang: "Anticipation is making me wait"
Nope. Just an image that shows a little more of what the FTR 1200 is going to look like. That headlight looks mighty Ducati Scrambler to me.
Behold, the FTR1200 unchained. Amazing work coming out of Roland Sands and Thor Drake's shops lately. All of the motorcycles above will be raced flat out and probably crashed several times this weekend in Salem and I'll be there, I'll try to return with some decent photos and videos.
