The left fork is in the dealership, I’m still waiting for the right fork to come in, the steering head bearings are in along with new wheel bearings, but in the waiting period since I ordered these parts I’m still riding this bike, it may not handle well but it just won’t quit, so I’m not gonna either ! Here’s a pic that I took yesterday so it’s already outdated, LOL ! 48802D29-EB0B-4752-8C28-7DA753285DE5.jpeg

Today my Chieftain got new front forks, steering head bearings, front brake rotors and pads, front and rear E4 tires, and new Cush drive. It took a total of 6 months for all the parts to come in, handles like it should now. After all the discounts that I politely begged for, the total came to 4,000 dollars, after 8 years and 475,000 miles I think it was money well spent when averaged over that time span. I’m happy Indian owner ! Larry

In that amount of time and miles I totally agree. Now quit fooling around and let’s get that 1/2 Million mark you should be well rested by now ;)
