Absolutely first rate. Adventure Motorsports of NW Florida, in Pensacola.
I took a ride over to Indian of the Rockies on Friday. They had the part I ordered in stock.
Stu's having a contest. guess the 6 digit code an win a 2019 FTR
I was there end of Dec 19 getting oil for my Ranger. They had a 2018 Springfield Darkhorse with 800 miles for $14,800
Wexford Pa (north of Pittsburgh) has a new Indian dealership (Pitt Cycles) awesome staff and service department.
I stopped by a few days after Christmas.
They may have sold that DH. I don't remember seeing it. The Red RM was still there. I think it only had around 1500 miles.
Let me know the next time you are heading that way. I'll meet up with you if I can
Will do. It is about an hour from my cabin.
Top notch. Adventure Motorsports of NWF, in Pensacola, FL
I just took my 2017 Chieftain Elite in for the 50k service to Sin City dealer in Las Vegas. I asked, so you replaced the fuel filter and the rear shock unit as per the maintenance schedule? He said, "I don't know why they put that on there. We don't replace those major parts unless they're leaking oil or not working. We lubed your rear shock." Soooo...why am I paying $500 for a service? Not to mention that my air filter needed to be replaced, which they charged me for...it should've been replaced at 30k and 45k but wasn't. Hmmmmm...where do I report this?
I'm sure there are regional reps that deal with issues like this.
Before reporting it, I would try telling them that you want the routine maintenance schedule to be followed.
However, since you are paying $500 for them to do minimal work, you might want to look for a different shop. I'm only up to 35k but for me, most routine services have been in the $200 range with only the fork oil changes approaching what you are spending.
Indian Motorcycles of Metro Milwaukee is my dealer and they have been top notch since day one. We've purchased two bikes there now and I am thinking of adding another to the fleet.
They also have a performance division called 2 Boss Performance that does everything from street mods to all-out race motorwork.
Great people running a growing operation who are all passionate about what they do.
I would think a dealer so close to HDHQ that they would almost have to go above and beyond
When I purchased my 2016 Roadmaster from them they were only open a year. I had the same concern about an Indian dealership in the Motor Company’s backyard. But the staff and the ownership won me over.
I’ve been in some huge HD dealerships around the country and we have 5 HD dealers in Milwaukee. But over the last 4 years Metro Milwaukee has grown and the HD dealers have been struggling with one of the largest sitting shuttered right now after several ownership changes. So the stability is there and Indian is expanding the lineup so I think they’ll do just fine.
Msr in Parkstone, UK. fantastic team, nothing is ever to much trouble, coffees always on, bobbering my scout at the moment. Proper bike shop
Got a service there last year while riding south from The Wall. Good people, good dealer
The dealership where I bought it, Twigg Indian, in Hagerstown MD is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there. The dealership nearest me, Indian of Columbus, I use only because it is near me. If I had my druthers I would go to Indian of Toledo or Bair's Indian in Akron.
