I stopped by a few days after Christmas.
They may have sold that DH. I don't remember seeing it. The Red RM was still there. I think it only had around 1500 miles.
Let me know the next time you are heading that way. I'll meet up with you if I can

I just took my 2017 Chieftain Elite in for the 50k service to Sin City dealer in Las Vegas. I asked, so you replaced the fuel filter and the rear shock unit as per the maintenance schedule? He said, "I don't know why they put that on there. We don't replace those major parts unless they're leaking oil or not working. We lubed your rear shock." Soooo...why am I paying $500 for a service? Not to mention that my air filter needed to be replaced, which they charged me for...it should've been replaced at 30k and 45k but wasn't. Hmmmmm...where do I report this?

I'm sure there are regional reps that deal with issues like this.
Before reporting it, I would try telling them that you want the routine maintenance schedule to be followed.
However, since you are paying $500 for them to do minimal work, you might want to look for a different shop. I'm only up to 35k but for me, most routine services have been in the $200 range with only the fork oil changes approaching what you are spending.

Indian Motorcycles of Metro Milwaukee is my dealer and they have been top notch since day one. We've purchased two bikes there now and I am thinking of adding another to the fleet.
They also have a performance division called 2 Boss Performance that does everything from street mods to all-out race motorwork.
Great people running a growing operation who are all passionate about what they do.

I would think a dealer so close to HDHQ that they would almost have to go above and beyond

When I purchased my 2016 Roadmaster from them they were only open a year. I had the same concern about an Indian dealership in the Motor Company’s backyard. But the staff and the ownership won me over.
I’ve been in some huge HD dealerships around the country and we have 5 HD dealers in Milwaukee. But over the last 4 years Metro Milwaukee has grown and the HD dealers have been struggling with one of the largest sitting shuttered right now after several ownership changes. So the stability is there and Indian is expanding the lineup so I think they’ll do just fine.

The dealership where I bought it, Twigg Indian, in Hagerstown MD is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there. The dealership nearest me, Indian of Columbus, I use only because it is near me. If I had my druthers I would go to Indian of Toledo or Bair's Indian in Akron.

When I was at Fort Campbell, I had close access to two amazing dealerships, JPM Powersports in Hopkinsville, KY, and Music City Indian. I knew I had it good, Tommy at JPM, I could swear he knew my bike better than me. The folks at Music City helped me a lot when I had my '16 Vintage that had a lot of problems, and support was rather limited, much like it was thought I had some sort of motorcycle hypochondria. They cut me a deal to get onto my '17 Vintage that I now have 35k, almost effortless miles on.

The folks at Dynojet cut me a good deal in switching my PVCX over to the new bike, I think they felt bad for the terrible luck I had had.

Sin City Indian was good to me in changing out a tire, getting a service, they were quite informative, and I had my foot boards lowered there, also a great bunch.

Indian of Tucson was great to me in helping me to outfit my bike the way I wanted it, and were very handy with the water on the 117° day I rode up from Fort Huachuca.

Back to where I realized I once had it made. Now that I hail out of a BFE Parish in Louisiana, I have access to 2 dealerships, Alexandria is only an hour away, but I've never heard anything good about them, and everything else I've ever tried to do in that city was met with quantities of laziness, and halfassery. I am afraid to take that chance with my bike.

New Orleans I've been to for a tire repair while riding out to the gulf. They took a while, but I just showed up without a call, and they got me in, beggars can't be choosers. I did get a good vibe from them, particularly when they found the source of my tire issues (rust in the wheel). I was truly grateful I stopped there, but they're 3-1/2 hours away, and not open Mondays.

    I had it made.

    @Wovoka ....
@sidecarsam can vouch for JPM Motorsports he frequented that place often when in the area. He had nothing but praise.
I stopped there myself during my travels and got great vibes from the staff.
