Thanks to bernieatlas, grayhair, Graham UK and Outrigger on TOF

It took a bit of time but the results are amazing. Coupled with a Freedom Shield buffeting is gone. I still feel wind on the noggin but it's equivalent to 25Mph with no wind management.

Part 1: Pictures from the creation process:

    Notes:
The 3 screws/nuts hold the deflectors to the bracket. The bracket is attached using the highway bars mounting hole.

The tape is not double-sided. It's used as a vibration buffer between the deflector bracket(s) and Scout frame.

Scot- Are the 3 screws/bolts connecting the wind deflectors to the radiator, or is the panel connected with Velcro or the double-sided tape that's in the picture?

Very good questions - the 3 screws/nuts hold the deflectors to the bracket. The bracket is attached using the highway bars mounting hole.

The tape is not double-sided. It's used as a vibration buffer between the deflector brackets and Scout frame.

I'll add this info to the post.
