I'd like to have the bars on my Vintage back an inch or so. Are any other bars available similar to stock but longer or are risers available?
Bad shoulders run on the male side of my family. I went 16" Indian apes at about 11,000 miles. About to hit 17,000 miles and I'll never turn back! I did give some thought to beach bars becaue I love that look, but the whole "wheelbarrel" thing didn't work for me. Good luck either way- John
I put apes on mine, and I'll never have another cruiser without them. I said "cruiser", because if I didn't, one of you smart@sses would be asking if I'd even put them on a sport bike.
The Rox risers won't work on the Vintage, because of the nacelle. The pullback bars come back 2" from stock. I had them installed when I bought my Vintage. They have the same wrist angle as stock and that angle caused pain in my wrist, on a long ride. I finally installed the Springfield bars and love them. They don't come back as far as the pullback bars, but they are closer together, so the reach is less. And they have a wrist angle that doesn't cause me any pain on longer rides. I also like like the looks of the Springfield bars over the stock.
No, but I do have a 2014, so I'm not sure if the cable length has changed over the last 4 years. With the pullback bars, the clutch cable is taunt when turned full right. No problem with the brake line. No issues with the Springfield bars.

If you’re referring to the one I posted, it doesn’t look like it would interfere with the windshield to me.
Looking at these closer I like the gussets on them. Years ago I had something similar without the center cross bar and no gusset. Friggin bar snapped off at the weld as I was kick starting. Felt like an idiot standing there with throttle and 12 inches of bar hanging off the cables. Always bought one piece bars after that, but these look pretty strong.
