Handlebar Switch Lighting?

    I recently purchased a new 2021 Roadmaster. I was riding a HD road king.

    I had them add the mid rise bars for comfort and after riding last night I realized none of the bar switches were lit at night. I called the dealer this morning to schedule a fix as I thought something did not get connected but they are telling me the Roadmaster switches are not lit.

    Overall I’m pleased but this is disappointing. I am really not used to it so it will be a min to get used to at night.

    Has this always been the case?

    Backlit lighting has never been a thing. You might be the first person to ask.

    I ride a lot at night too. I was just thinking about that same thing a few weeks ago. Can’t understand with the technology that indian hasn’t put a dim light behind the function symbol on each switch

    I bought an '18 Roadmaster in May. The controls, except for the horn, are backlit. Is this some aftermarket upgrade?

    The 2022s have it....at least the Elites do, so I assume Roadmasters and Pursuits do.
