I really like that deep blue color.
Thanks. It was one of the deciding factors when I chose between a Chief and a Scout. Others were availability and the fact that I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to buy a bike that I'd really like. She's a joy to ride, even on our narrow country roads (as are Scouts).
I've heard somewhere that early Indians were this blue rather than the more familiar Indian red, but I can't find anything to back it up so far. Not that it matters.
Picked up this beauty in Detroit. Then I bought the RoadMaster also. Took them both home to Nebraska.
