I honestly wish them the best. I have no use for anything less then a Bagger. And that’s basically due to how I ride. But ! If they build a Bagger there’s no way I’ll be able to not take a serious interest in it. So I say to Buell show us what you got !

I always felt like Buell got screwed. I couldn't believe HD canned them in '09.

Now they want to revive a standard bike.

One actual "problem" was being a bit too radical. Insanely short wheelbase. Good for racing, not so much for day to day utility.

I wish them the best. Maybe now that social media exists, they can pull off a grassroots revolution. Price is gonna be the biggest issue.

Remember when Hyundai broke into the market with all cars for $4995?
    Gutsy move.

Buell wants and needs millennial support and needs some kind of "green edge" like efficiency and renewability.

Just imagine how much farther down the dual sport road HD could be if they had kept Eric and let him do his thing. Great platform for development IMHO.

I REALLY believe Eric's vision threatened HD and was incongruous with their core values. A US-based division of Honda would've been a better long-term strategy, I believe.
