i currently have the 18. But just got the bug about someday getting 2020. Have not done anything to mine except for passenger arm rest an upgrade floor boards. cpt itch. holding out didn't want to put money in then decide 20's was way to go.

Is there a reason other than for a Ride Command update? The BBK seems a cheaper way to go. I'd be curious to hear the opinions!

well yrs ago. i did the upgrade on a hd. 88 to the 96. cams pipes. a major headache. the mechanics that were suppose to do the job when i inquired quit 2 days prior to me bringing in the bike. Didn't find out till after i picked up the bike. That prob the case. i ended up with 20MPG HD Compared to 34 i was getting. I'm an IT guy not to much of a mechanic. although i do change my own oil an little shit like that.

Performance costs. The initial investment, while considerable, usually pales in comparison to lifetime ownership costs, post mod. But hell, I'd pay almost anything for more wind and more torque.

I just bought a 2018! Upgrade from a 2003 Chief, which I still have. Any thing you want to report about reliability issues / warranty?

I have a 2020 Roadmaster. Have about 1400 miles on it. It works very well and I am satisfied with it. It is my first Indian. I started riding large bikes in 1982 with a Goldwing. Had 3 different Wings. In 1994 bought my first Harley Ultra. Have had a total of 20 new Harley Davidson including 3 CVO's. Should have bought an Indian in 2015 when I bought my last Harley.

I've cooled a bit on it. It's been tough relearning how to ride, but the Challenger is super duper sweet, though. My garage needs one.

I just bought a 2020 Roadmaster.... white with silver. Road it back from Sturgis. LOVE the 116 engine. Traded in my 2018 Stage IV Ultra Limited. The Indian is a much better bike in soooo many ways. Have 3000 miles on it. Nothin but smiles!

I love my Springfield. Yeah it’s a 16. And I like the new offerings from Indian. The challenger as well as the TS111s. But the Springfield is paid off. And it has enough power. Maybe an FTR some day.

Recently purchased a 2020 Roadmaster, love it. Took a trip to the Tail of the Dragon last weekend. It was power ride of 1120 miles to get there and then of course the same on the return trip. The entire 3 day trip was an incredible trip on the Roadmaster.

Picked up a 2020 In Sturgis this year. Did the cam kit before picking it up. Traded 2018 Roadmaster and what a difference. Runs so much better, the 2018 was a clacker. Only issue I have is the USB that worked on the 2018 doesnt work on the 2020. It reads it but no sound out of speakers. Was told you have to use a head set now. That sucks.

Uhm...what? Certainly not true for Ride Command 2019.
