Here's what I'm telling you, if the cam in question is the OEM Stage 2 lump, it's near worthless (see multiple threads archived here). Second, the PCV3 tune is well worth the price of "admission" and anecdotally that's where the gains are coming from. Third, those dyno sheets are only conversationally interesting. I've ridden the M8, owned two TS111s and currently own a 116 BBK and I'm telling you right now, if you run an M8 114 with a Stg 2 TS111, I wanna know ahead of time so I can lay a bet on the M8. The TS111 is likely gonna lose and I'm gonna look smug as fuck.
