When, I first saw the Challenger on the internet, I immediately envisioned immense popularity and sales increases for Polaris. Yesterday, when I went to see the Challenger, I spoke with a guy who had ridden one. He didn't like it, because he said that he felt like he was riding (gasp), a Gold Wing. He added that Indian has lost some of the V-Twin "edge" by making it, and that particular dealership had received three, and has only sold one. Supposedly, people are coming to look, but not buy, I'm one of the biggest supporters of Indian in Northern America, but the comments and the sickles sitting there on the showroom floor started making me a little paranoid.
